1. Scope
This policy applies to paid digital guides and consultation summaries supplied by Clearingcleansin. Free resources available on the website are not covered by refund provisions unless explicitly stated at the point of access.
2. Your statutory consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply alongside this policy. Nothing here limits those mandatory protections.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a fourteen-day cooling-off period for distance contracts, starting from the day after you receive the digital content or the service begins. During this period you may cancel without giving a reason and receive a full refund, provided you have not consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel once delivery begins.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If paid digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Where repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a full refund. These rights apply in addition to the cooling-off period described above.
3. Digital guide refunds
You may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase under the cooling-off rules, provided you have not downloaded or streamed the complete guide file. At checkout, where you choose immediate access, you will be asked to acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once full delivery begins, as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If digital content is faulty, incomplete, or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 take precedence. Contact us promptly and we will offer a replacement file, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
4. How to request a return
Email help@clearingcleansin.world with your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. We respond within five working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen banking days.
5. Faulty or inaccessible content
If a guide file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed due to a fault attributable to us, contact us promptly. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will supply a replacement file or offer a full refund where repair is not possible within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Consultation services
Written desk-layout reviews may be cancelled up to forty-eight hours before the scheduled review window for a full refund under the cooling-off provisions. Cancellations with less notice may receive partial credit at our discretion. If we cancel a booked review, you receive a full refund or alternative appointment.
7. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not available where content was fully delivered, matched the description, and you consented to immediate supply in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds are also unavailable where requests fall outside the fourteen-day cooling-off window without a fault under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or where misuse of login credentials caused access issues on the customer side.
